Additional terms	TERMS & CONDITIONS: As a participant in the ECRU New York affiliate program, you agree to the terms detailed on this page. Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. Currently the minimum threshold for payment is set at $30. Six month commission average must be greater than $0 in order to remain an active salon affiliate. Affiliates located in Hawaii and Alaska are currently ineligible for this program. By becoming an ECRU New York affiliate, you are opting in to receive marketing and email communications from the brand, and you may opt out at any time. COMMISSION FEES: ECRU New York affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 20% (before taxes & shipping, after promos or discounts) for all sales. Payments will be made issued via PayPal and paid at the end of each month. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order duplications. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill. LEGAL COMPLIANCE: All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. ECRU New York reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by ECRU New York or Refersion. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network.
